PLEASE NOTE! The quoted delivery cost covers mainland UK below and including Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our courier may not be able to deliver above Glasgow/Edinburgh or to IOM/IOW/NI etc. Please contact us to discuss delivery to these places.
You must check against the item you are trying to enclose to ensure fitment. Please check measurements.
We're extremely confident in our delivery partners. We've tried almost all UK couriers and have found the best delivery companies out there.
There are always going to be exceptions, such as a (very rare) stock shortage, a courier misroute (where the courier mistakenly sends a parcel to the wrong depot) or courier damages but these are the exceptions.
Delivery to remote places
Delivery to outlying areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc can in some cases take an extra day or two to reach you. You can always track your item to see where it is.
We use a selection of couriers. Our system takes customer feedback from customers local to you into account when selecting the appropriate courier to deliver to you. Where we've previously had problems in your local area with a particular courier we'll avoid using them again.
In most cases we send full tracking details by email along with the courier telephone number.
We will always help you to have a 100% positive happy buying experience. Please contact us if you are unhappy about any aspect of your purchase from us. For any damaged/faulty products our policy is notification within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and notification to us hasn't been made, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are returning a product that is not faulty, simply a mistake purchase or an unwanted gift etc. - we must be notified within 14 days of yourself receiving these goods. Enviroflute have no obligation to refund any B2B transactions on non-faulty items. However consumers have rights to a 14 day notification period as per Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are closed from 5pm on 23rd December 2020 and will re-open on 4th January 2021. Any orders placed during this time will be despatched on 4th or 5th January 2021
